Picture yourself in the Old Wild West. You’re a gunfighter, a two gun fighter. Both hands are always working, always adapting to the situation. You learn to respond to situations with essentially the same beginning move each time, it’s always adapting, changing to meet the need.

In the beginning we teach you the foundational concepts that will give you the power to take on the biggest attacker and break him down. There are no secret moves, let me repeat that, there are no such thing as secret moves, especially ones that your government doesn’t want you to know, as claimed by some sights. All of the movements taught come from many different martial arts systems, where do you think the information came from in the first place, we’re the ones that taught the government.

In self protection we get rid of all the movements you don’t need to know, we just teach you how to deal with the situation in the most direct manner. There are only so many ways to move the body, either it’s right or it’s wrong, the move hurts the attacker or it doesn’t. We teach you how to get up inside someones comfort zone, close combat, and take them down. You’ll be taught about angle of attack, leverage, breaks, holds and takedowns and the natural compensations one makes for different body types.

All techniques are taught without going to the ground with the assailant, such techniques are great if you're a 20-30 year old in great shape, but that is not reality for alot of us and is of little value when your faced with multiple attackers. This is not submission fighting, this is defending yourself against a life threatening situation where you don't want to tap him/her out, but take them out quickly and escape.
